Permission Doing a Charity Programme

Assalamualaikum,

Referring to the above, I Ahmad Shakhir Sharman Bin Ahmad Nordin, ID No. 58212210025, am the leader of the Teampower Group would like to ask your permission to do a Charity Programme at your place.

                We are students from uniKL and we are doing this programme to fulfil our course outline on Professional Communication 1 class.  In this class we need to utilize our skills in communication from inside and outside an organization. We thought by doing a Charity Programme at your facility could help us in achieving this objective. We hope that you could give us your cooperation on this programme so that this project could be held successfully.

                We would like to hold this programme on this upcoming 12 and 13 March 2011, from 9.00am – 3.00pm on both days (Saturday and Sunday). These are parts of the activities that we would like to do on this programme such as:-

1. Sentence Guessing
2. Spell – it – right
3. Reading Session
4. Scrabble
5. Story telling
6. Motivation

A lot of these activities are most on educational talk and games. So that we hope that the children at your place can learn and have fun with us along the way.
